Transforming Organisations, Empowering Change
At Rise Collective Australia, we partner with organisations in the Domestic, Family, and Sexual Violence (DFSV) space to deliver cultural safety, trauma-informed frameworks, and systemic solutions. Our mission is to strengthen organisational capacity, foster resilience, and drive sustainable change that uplifts communities.
Our Story
Rise Collective Australia was founded by Stephanie Pamenter, a proud Barkindji woman and descendant of the Afghan cameleers, whose contributions to Australia’s history remain deeply significant. Stephanie’s lived experience of Domestic and Family Violence (DFSV) and over a decade of professional expertise have shaped her vision for systemic change in the way organisations serve vulnerable populations.
Our work is rooted in cultural humility, trauma-informed practices, and a collaborative approach. By partnering with organisations in the DFSV space, we help create culturally safe and inclusive environments that empower individuals and communities to thrive.
Our Mission
To strengthen organisations in the DFSV space by providing collaborative frameworks, cultural safety training, and trauma-informed practices that enhance their capacity to serve vulnerable communities effectively.
Our Vision
